What do you dislike about Dash Social? I don’t think the AI tech is very strong. The chat isn’t very helpful and doesn’t provide robust information. Also, the AI vision IQ feature is not user-friendly. It doesn’t give me any clear takeaways, and it doesn’t aggregate creative content well. The platform itself can be tough to use, especially the reporting and dashboard functionality. A lot of it feels very manual and repetitive. It would help to have more templates, or an easier way to customize reports, rather than continuously having to build and add each metric one at a time. The Calendar function is also frustrating; it often resets or changes while I’m working on it. I’d recommend removing the selection tool and instead allowing people to add specific dates directly, or at least optimizing how it works. With integrations, it’s frustrating that you can’t separate Organic (no $ spend) from Organic-boosted. I want to be able to see pure organic performance and compare it separately, instead of having organic-boosted tied in with it. also, i find the community management functionality limiting as currently we can only access the DMs and not comments or other. We are limited on the amount of slides we can add to an Instagram carousel (Dash Social allows 10 while Instagram allows 20). We also can't autopublish multiple slides for stories at once. Dash Social has very strong listening insights, and like that you can look at data in different ways (numbers, line graphs, bar graphs). Their support team is also very knowledgable and helpful. It was a big learning curve to adjust after switching from Sprout Social. It's also frustrating that creator data doesn't pull in unless they're connected to the platform. All metrics are public, so it would be nice for those to auto populate vs me going back and having to add it all up. We've had some creators who don't want to connect.
