1) I personally used it for Recruitment.
2) as company we wanted to use it for end to end solutions. Example- HR Ops, Hiring team, Employee Engagement, Employee Dashboard for payslip, etc.
3) Its widely accepted and easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime it feels complex from hiring perspective, rest I think was all okay.
