They have a website with a log in, there are stats of my usage of the service. I signed up for a trial but could never use it, and I have been charged two years of subscription.
I logged in once and It was not what I was looking for. They also have an app, and it's not the same as the PC product, which made it more confusing when I decided this is not what I need.
In the end I have been charged two years with it, its likely that last year when I got the billing, I could not access at the time and then I forgot to cancel, this year I sent an email explaining, and they told me, "You signed the terms of service, we won't refund." The zone tool within the coding panel is the best feature. Being able to plot x and y co-ordinates was a brilliant feature and was the only software that offered that at the time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Been using for years, and hope they continuously keep everything updated, so I can continue. Used during my teaching of PE, where we could focus on physical demonstrations and point out any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
May be hard to navigate, especially for new users. It's also very limited, would love if it had internalised slight motion detectors so I could focus on several areas in depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
