An upside of using DailyPay is that the app is easy to use and customer support is a phone call away. Our rep Andrew is fantastic to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is if an employee is used to early pay at their bank, with DailyPay this goes away. However, they do have access to their money earlier if they need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our employees love this benefit and it has been extremely helpful with recruiting and retention. It has also been beneficial in getting people in the quick pay states paid timely when they leave the company. Implementation was easy and the support we receive is great. The only downside we have faced is more with employees not understanding that if they want to make a change to the accounts they are using and they have signed up with DailyPay that they need to contact them directly. Our team members love that we offer this ondemand pay option. Implementation was seamless. We use ADP and DailyPay is a perferred vendor so there was little to set up on our end and next to nothing for us to maintain. We also utlize the Cycle feature.
