I love how helpful it is in providing a cohesive checklist to our new hires. Instructions can be embedded and it can be very detailed which is a giant ease for us. I was not here for implementation so cannot speak to it but i do know it only took a few months for the team to transition. I use it everyday multiple times a day. Dado has been truly transformative for streamlining our business's onboarding process. One of the best indicators of a successful product is its ability to scale seamlessly across teams, and Dado excels in this regard. Not only did it save us countless hours and reduce costs, but it also created meaningful, new experiences for our Sales, People Ops, new hires and other employee-focused teams. The ease of which you can create and build an experience for your employees was transformational. I'm very impressed with the technology, and customer service that Dado has provided! I've worked in onboarding for a few years now, and many of my previous experiences have involved a ton of manual work. Because of Dado - the amount of time spent on manual tasks in preboarding/onboarding has significantly decreased, and we're able to focus on improving the overall experience for our new hires. Not only that, but the team is very responsive, listens from a place of empathy, and is constantly making updates to grow the platform. I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. The customer service has been above and beyond with Dado. Gabriel and his team have taken all of our suggestions and requests into account (specifically around product integrations) and actually delivered on those promises. Their Customer Service is GOLD. The people are super friendly, empathetic and dedicated to helping with troubleshooting and giving you strategic advice based on their experiences with their broad customer base.

Our onboarding team and managers have saved much time for admin stuff thanks to the automation of more than 1000 tasks and messages.

The application made creating a structured onboarding process very easy. Messages and tasks look professional, and our employees are noticing it. In our onboarding survey, we have received comments like: "I enjoyed how structured the onboarding in Kleinanzeigen is", "Thanks for the structured and professional onboarding", and "Dado makes it easier to tick off tasks from my onboarding". Our Managers feel we are supporting them to be their best in their role with the reminders we sent them.

Dado is a fairly new tool, which means there are some bugs now and then, which is natural. However, the customer service team has been super responsive to all our reports and even included our suggestions for new features in their backlog.
