3. Project Complexity & Service Type – The complexity of the project and the specific service package selected (e.g., Managed Security, Compliance, Penetration Testing. Red Teaming) determine the optimal mix of resources.

4. Timeline & Urgency – Accelerated timelines or urgent delivery may require additional resources, which can impact pricing.
