It would be helpful if uploaded materials like photos & docs, automatically adjusts to fit the screen of any device for a more seamless viewing experince. The completeness of the platform and the connection it has with other technologies, also I find it essential that all the information of our students, parents, and collaborators is completely secure and free from being used for any purpose other than educational. I really don't understand the question because maybe the translation wasn't correct, but I will answer in the way I think the question is going.

As an educational institution, the platform has been very useful to us as it has addressed some needs we had:

- Teaching and assessment on the same platform.

- Direct contact between students, teachers, and parents.

- Integrating other technologies into the teaching-learning process.

What do you like best about CYPHER Learning?

My overall experience has been good. It is a very comprehensive and easy-to-use software for students and teachers, as it does not require too much technical knowledge to use. Its interfaces are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HTTP errors appear from time to time. And technical support is sometimes very slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CYPHER Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

The issue of uploading CSV files with courses is being resolved, as currently there is a problem where uploading a file with 999 is a complete chaos and takes a long time because it does not load the full number contained in the files. Sometimes it takes 2 hours, 3, and only loads 245 (for example), and this delays administrative matters, as in the example there are 30 files with 999 records of which only 100, 200 are loaded in 2 or 3 hours, and only one person with an administrator role must perform the process because if 2 or more administrators carry out this process at the same time, a collision is generated, the upload takes much longer, and far fewer courses manage to be completed 100%.
