The Go live was very easy and whenever we had any questions the support was very helpful and quick. I use this solution nearly every week. **What do you dislike about Cyndx?** The tool works very well in the US market, however when applying the different features to companies outside the US the hit rate drops. This is simply based on the tool struggeling to understand non-english webistes. These include large cap to all sorts smaller businesses. The tool is pretty easy to use and implement. The best part is the quick response from customer support team. **What do you dislike about Cyndx?** The filters are limited and they work mostly on ranges for example the revenue of a company would be $50-100M as opposed to a more precise approximation. Cyndx does a decent job separating Finder vs Explorer feature but I dont see a reason why the 2 cant be merged to make the it even easier to use. **What problems is Cyndx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cyndx provides us with visibility into smaller companies with limited online presence that would otherwise be hard to find. ### 6. I have spent too much time over the years trying to find companies using "Bronze Age" approaches like NAICS and firmographic searches of companies. This is definitely "next generation." Never have I experienced such attentive customer support. They really want their customers to get maximum value from the tool and go out of their way to help with that. **What do you dislike about Cyndx?** It's still fairly young software and evolving quickly, so users and Admins who only seek a matured platform that's fairly static should be aware of that. However, I would think that this statement would apply to most any AI-driven applications. Importantly, I do not want to infer that it's "buggy." I am not aware of that being a problem. Presence and accuracy of contact info seems to have improved a lot over the past year but that is a secondary feature to the product, not core to its value proposition. While more presence and accuracy is always good, that comment is more of an observation than a "dislike." **What problems is Cyndx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I touched on this question in my "likes." They are solving the problem of finding companies that may be corporate finance transaction-ready, whether that is a capital need and/or M&A. Anything from company profiles, contacts, employees, financials, patents, competitors, advisors, multiples, etc. - Powerful tech/AI to help easily find competitors, comparables and related companies - Ability to target investors for companies looking to raise capital, and to understand what investors are investing in - Ability to construct very detailed searches based on what seems like hundreds, if not thousands, of fields of data - Vast number of features already built into the paltform **What do you dislike about Cyndx?** - While it's a massive database and it has very neat AI powering the searches, advanced and customized search querries can be complicated to learn how to create and run. Customer service seems to be very good at helping me build those querries, but I'd like to be able to run them on my own. I understand that functionality from AI engines like ChatGPT will help enable plain english searches instead of having to build querries with the current tools. **What problems is Cyndx solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Automating the process of finding comaprables and competitors, and ranking all of them. No other way to do this today, aside from Cyndx, other than manually. - Aggregating a massive database of company data globally. The alternative was to spend a lot of time using Google to try to find information about comapnies. - Valuation tools. Doesn't replace the need for judgment, but provides a solid basis for understanding value. - AI tools and analytics to help make sense of large amounts of data and come up with valuable insights. ### 10.
