The options are pretty intuitive and once you have used it for 20 minutes it is very easy to get your work done. Whenever I have had an issue my queries are either answered or completed very quickly. We used to run Diamond IP on dedicated appliances but since moving to Azure we now use the virtual appliance. The products are pretty much identical so no learning curve. **What do you dislike about Cygna Diamond IP?** I really can't think of anything I dislike about Diamond IP. **What problems is Cygna Diamond IP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a single system to administer internal and external DNS services. Having a go-to person to help with any tricky implementations. ### 2.
