**What do you like best about CYF Quality?**

What attracts me most to CYF Quality is its exceptional usability. The intuitive and well-designed interface makes it extremely easy to navigate the system and perform all tasks related to quality management. This significantly reduces the learning curve for new users and allows my team and me to focus on essential tasks instead of struggling with technology. The smooth and efficient user experience is undoubtedly one of the best features of CYF Quality.

**What do you dislike about CYF Quality?**

Although my experience with CYF Quality has been predominantly positive, there is one area that I believe could be improved. The customization of reports, while a solid feature, could be more flexible. Sometimes, I need to create highly specific reports to meet my team's requirements, and I feel that the customization options currently available are somewhat limited. If there were more options to adjust the reports according to our unique needs, it would certainly increase the value of the software for us even more.

CYF is a very useful tool, especially with the forms, where I can measure the quality level of my attendants and set up a form according to my needs and the needs of the operation and the client.

All the features of CYF are good, I have nothing to complain about at the moment.

**What do you like best about CYF Quality?**

What I like most about CyF is the reliability of the data, as it is a tool that consolidates all quality monitoring in one place and enables the frontline agent to receive their feedback. As a quality manager, I am very satisfied and would recommend CYF.

**What do you dislike about CYF Quality?**

I believe that as a point of improvement, the records could be consolidated, for example: I have 3 locations with the same record, I have to export the records to the others and when I need to download the analytical report, I need to download one by one from each of the 3 locations. In this case, if there was just one record for all 3, it would be great.

**What problems is CYF Quality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct feedback on the operator's screen benefits the speed at which information reaches the operator. It would be great if we could include the call within the tool.

**What do you like best about CYF Quality?**

What I like most about Cyf is the ease of conducting monitoring and managing both feedback and productivity, making implementation easier. Whenever we need support, we receive a quick response and resolution. Not to mention the wide variety of analytical resources available for daily use by employees and the ease of integration.

**What do you dislike about CYF Quality?**

It's difficult to find a negative point for Cyf support. With the daily use of the Cyf system, we identify few errors, and when we do, they are quickly resolved.

CYF Quality has great resources, where the system is intuitive and we can have screen recording integrated with our call center telephony, and I have to say that the quality monitoring system is excellent.

At the moment, I have no complaints about CYF Quality, as the system serves us in an objective and quality manner. The commercial team and Directors of CYF attend to our company whenever necessary and without many complications.

Currently with CYF Quality, we manage the service and measure the quality of service in our call center, in addition to always having screen recordings when necessary to make a more thorough evaluation.

The opportunities we can generate for inputs within the CYF platform are infinite, the ease of extraction and monitoring of everything that is done and launched within the platform assists in the operational day-to-day, CX, and all other areas.

There are just so many resources, we see some opportunities regarding the operation where the platform ends up having moments with errors that make launches or extractions impossible.

Email support is extremely effective and quick to respond, which greatly aids in the speed of system resolution. Coupled with increasingly detailed reports and more features, the platform becomes more and more complete.

Not being able to go back when you have made a mistake, you will need to redo the whole assessment.

It involves resolving the quality problems we have been experiencing with our agents. Once we complete the survey and receive the test score, if it is low, we can immediately identify where the agent is going wrong and train accordingly.

There are many options and I feel that I don't always have the knowledge to access all of them. I believe the interface could be more beautiful and attractive. The free version has a very low limit of sessions per month, and the paid version has a very high cost compared to the free version.

Monitoring form that automatically calculates the grade. Formulation of reports that facilitates feedback and presentation of results both for the team and for the management.

In a case where wrong information was entered in error, you cannot go back to the previous page instead it takes you back to the loading screen, which is time consuming.

The advantage is to publish the notes clearly, making it easier for the recipient to understand. With this, the operator receives the note, understands the error and improves future services.

The layout is very basic. I believe that if it were more intuitive it would be better. With fewer options and more clarity. I would like to see improvements to the page design!

A tool brings improvements to my day-to-day life, speeding up my work and improving call center services. I am much more productive. I don't know how the company is currently performing, but I know that my work is very better.

The various customization options available when creating forms help us to be assertive and targeted for each segment in a specific way. This way, we have the possibility of obtaining diagnostics that assist in decision-making.

Some recent updates removed features that were useful (feedback given to support) and I was informed that it is already under evaluation to be reinstated. I believe that all functions are useful for each client or segment.

Route adjustments for more assertive direction and achievement of the goals established by the client. This way, the end customer will be satisfied with the quality of the service.

The ease of using the tool. There aren't many things for a person to get confused about. It is easy to use and thus speeds up the requests made by the team.

The crashes. It takes a long time to load the pages. There aren't many options to customize the tool. I would like to be able to customize a bit more. In the customization part.

It would be nice to receive a notification pop-up when an agent requests Feedback on their evaluation, instead of the e-mail only going through to the Admin User.

The agents receive their scores almost immediately and can view the evaluation sheet. They are able to dispute it on the system. It benefits me from having to use manual excel sheets to conduct evaluations.

I find his discreet monitoring very interesting, from the point of being able to watch the screen always on integrated demand. I believe this can be very productive for the operation.
