**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

We've been a Cyclr customer for a years.  Simplicity of use and the considerable range of integrations available make Cyclr an invaluable tool for every business that needs to integrate with 3rd party tools - which let's face it - is every business.
T|he team are super flexible and highly responsive.  I have zero hesitations in recommending Cyclr.  That said, I'd suggest the platform is lo-code, not no-code.  You do need some development resource and/or mind-set to get the most out of Cyclr.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

Some of the integrations listed are top level and do not include all the end points available.
If you come across this problem, it's easily resolved with a quick email to support - they extend end point coverage quickly.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

At first, it wasn’t easy to grasp the logic of Cyclr, but after building the initial integrations, creating new ones became much smoother. The tool for testing blocks is incredibly helpful, as is the option to view all methods for each connector. The ability to interact with the support and connector teams has been invaluable; they’re always prompt and provide valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

It’s not very clear to me how many tasks are consumed per transaction, and I’d appreciate more detailed reporting on this. It would also be helpful to have the ability to duplicate a block, including all the data contained within it.

Cyclr allows us access to a vast number of connectors and apis allowing us to provide solutions for certain integrations without need for development resource, freeing up our team to add value and features to our platform.

The team we have dealt with from account managers, technical solutions, development and suppor have been extremely responsive and helpful

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

There are a few features that could improve the use case for us however the solution is great.

Cyclr allows us to move faster on solution delivery and offers us options to connect to a wide range of APIs. It gives more flexibility than a lot of other providers also with the ability to build your own connectors and write script for custom solutions.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

The Cyclr system takes away the burden from developers to integrate and create routes to connect from our customers requirements. Anyone in the business can use it and tweak to make any change needed keeping a great ROI within our business to develop features. The support we get is second to none, every issue we face with a CRM or other type of connector the team respond instantly and get a fix that suits us.

The acceleration within our business has been great due to Cyclr short cutting the need to have to monitor and service all out differing connections and as new ones come they just jump on it and figure it all out for us to use!

Ive worked with Cyclr now in 3 businesses and will keeping bringing them with me as needed as its just a no-brainer and when the board see how it works for the cost they just can't believe it either!

Sometimes you just can't overcome some issues BUT that's not really a Cyclr issue it's just how it is however we work together to find a solution in the end!

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

Managing all API techincal properties.
Delegating the OAuth2 mechanism so all users can use the third-party apps easily without implementing a complex OAuth2 flow.
All API end point can be vizualized with UI step, easily configurable, so they can be chained in a Cycle and allows to build complex flow.
Many tools are provided, so they can be used in your cycles and improve the flexibility of your process.
Reactivity of the Cyclr team when details are missing in some API.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

The learning curve could be a bit slow.
And even if lots of documentation and assistance are provided , a documentation showing the concept of how the accouonts are managed could be awewome.

The cycles UI could be improved and we wouold have the perfect tool.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

We use Cyclr on an hour-by-hour basis at our company.
Cyclr provides a great balance between ease of use, and technical flexibility. Making the ease of integration very desirable.

With the amount of connectors they provide, and the ability to create your own connectors, there are technically no limitations, from Cyclr's end, to where you could integrate to. You're also able to create bespoke accounts for your clients and embed the builder directly to your own software. This makes things like authentication, and modification easy for everyone, not just the technical managers.

Implementing new integrations for clients is further eased by the templates you can create for the most frequently used integrations. We've saved a ton of time with implementations by having three different Hubspot templates.

If you're ever stuck, run in to any problems, or are just wondering how something works, Cyclr's customer support is always happy to help, and they'll provide a solution to you very swiftly as well.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

There aren't many downsides to Cyclr when it comes to the regular day-to-day operations. Only when you dive much deeper into the most technical stuff, you'll find slight hickups with the UX and sometimes the documentation on that level of stuff is slightly lacking. However, these hickups aren't common, and furthermore they aren't by any means "showstoppers".

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a SaaS company that generates data for a sizeable client base. The problem we're solving with Cyclr is: "How to get the generated data to the client".
Cyclr's connectors and templates remove the pains of creating integrations from scratch to every new client. This saves a lot of time and resources.

It is a highly collaborative team, and the product is robust. Their speed of resolving issues and required changes from customer support is also impressive. We use it daily without the product, and it is easy; you don't feel it once integrated. And the implementation wasn't complex as well.

Maybe it could be optimized the way cycles are managed. But that's a minor minor.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

- Provides SaaS products a low-code means of scaling their integrations
- Fantastic support, onboarding and knowledgable staff
- Far more flexibile than other iPaaS providers such as Zapier
- Intuitive to use but with a great deal of depth under the surface
- Customising and integrating new products is quick and affordable

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

- Initial limit of 10 connectors is used up quickly so you'll have to prioritise which integrations are most important to you (although you'd be surpised at how much scope and flexibility there is with only a handful of utility connectors)

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's always been a challenge scaling our integrations, due to the overhead of building and maintaining so many different service providers. As a SaaS business, that capped us to providing APIs or feeds and left us unable to offer our customers the  seemless flow of data that they wanted with their third-party software.

With Cylr that has changed, we're able to easily create and scale integrations with third-parties across various social, CRM and internal tools. It's been a smooth onboarding process and their product direction aligns perfectly with what we want from them - each new update / release is exciting to us. 

Cyclr is becoming increasingly important to our Data Strategy and I would happily recommend them to any one looking for a low-code solution to scale their integrations.

Easy to user and intuitive sytem with a great support team, they have helped us set up multiple connectors with multiple systems, and guided us through the process so we knew how to set them up in the future.

There wasn't really any downside about Cyclr, perhaps the dynamic custom fields option on a method of a connector is quite tricky, but besides that I was pleased

It provides us a powerful and easy to use platform for what we need in terms of both integrations to standard and custom SaaS platforms. We use the tool on a daily basis for both Proof of concepts and production integrations.

Perhaps a bit of a learning curve but after giving it some time it works well.

They've got a solution for everything. Usually through simple drag and drop. But if all else fails, scripting can solve just about any use case. Their support is top knotch!!!

The UI is a bit clunky in some areas. Documentation needs to be expanded in order for the tool to be truly self service.

Integrations take a lot of time to develop internally. Outsourcing this to Cyclr saves us a ton of time and money.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

I've been using tools like Zapier for years and was always frustrated about the lack of features and end points. Cyclr offers so much more than its competitors with an approachable and knowledgeable customer support team that really go the extra mile. 

The onboarding experience was great and they're always on hand to answer technical queries and have worked well with third parties to ensure we're able to get the most out of the connections. 

I use Cyclr every day and it is quickly becoming the backbone to all our business processes. We couldn't operate without it

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

It would be great to find a way to link up with other customers that might be interested in a new connection and split costs. It would also be really useful to be able to copy and paste individual elements of a cyclr template as sometimes its labour intensive

Cyclr is helping us by connecting Bullhorn ATS to a variety of other applications including monday.com, xero, google sheets and the microsoft suite.

I liked the ease of use when it comes to creating custom connectors for APIs.
The user interface is very easy to understand and the documentation also helps for someone who is not as technical to create these components

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

I think the code editor can be improved.
Especially if the cycle involes usage of before_action or after_action script, the code component is just a text editor so if we are writing scripts, then a proper development-like editor becomes easy to debug through.

Ease of use in creating custom integrations quickly.
Less technical team members can also create a cycle quickly / debug through easily.

We were able to quickly set up a Freshdesk integration so we can easily keep track and organise our teams tickets to save time and confusion. This was really easy to do! Their customer service has been excellent answering any questions quickly.

Not much really. It takes a little while to get your head around the product in the first instance, but worth the effort.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

The ability to do anything your mind can think of, in addition to the flexibility of pulling in all the applications in your stack to talk to each other, and the ability to set up custom workflows with automation, is beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

The GUI of Cyclr can be a little intimidating at first, as it's not as user-friendly as some of the other solutions out there, but most users of Cyclr will be developers or SysAdmins that can figure things out pretty easily. I would hesitate to invite users to not intimidate them!

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to Zapier and Power Automate to be able to talk to our Salesforce instance and to send data to and from these databases. Cyclr has consolidated these systems for us, and saved us time and money.

Integration platform made to be embedded into your application. 
Comprehensive documentation that is rather easy to navigate.
Great support team that sometimes feel like an extension of your own team - very involved in the process and provide great insight.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

Certain relevant and interesting features about the product are not communicated/advertized well enough.
Certain limitations around concurrent job processing - ideally we should have the option to avoid concurrent job processing and allowing next runs to queue in and only start after the current job run has finished - this can save some headaches in specific workloads.

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and easy way to build a POC concept that can serve as a basis for developing a native integration. Sometimes used in Demos as well.

The team are incredible. We have been extremely fortunate to work with Francesca and Cameron. They are accommodating whenever we request a call and the information shared is always valuable. They also proactively reach out to us to ask for feedback, query if we need support and even help to optimise our integrations with the view of helping us save costs.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

Dislike is a strong word as I don't dislike anything about Cyclr, but in terms of things I feel could be improved I would suggest;

Improved error handling 
A more intuitive and user-friendly interface from a UX perspective
An improved way to view the templates as you often need to drag / zoom in or out and it is just fiddly.

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has integrated with various third-party services by following their documentation. However, as these third parties introduce new features and updates, we've found it expensive to maintain our integrations. That's why we've adopted Cyclr's API connectors to standardize certain integrations. This approach has significantly reduced our build time, maintenance costs, and support efforts. We now have more time and resources to focus on delivering integrated solutions that truly benefit our clients. With Cyclr's clean mapping screens, we can document functionality more clearly for our clients, which helps with user testing and managing expectations. And as Cyclr's library continues to expand, we're confident that we can easily expand our own offerings in the future.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

How much it can do, when you really get into it. Lots of APIs are built to serer cert use cases a certain way, which can restrict an iPaaS, Cyclr can get through that.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

I'd be nit picking but I could do with more granular error notification handling, there's a lot of moving parts and I have to manually check on a lot of things.

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customer's data requirements or personal to each of them and there;s different moving parts at their end eac time, using Cyclr allows someone who's not in dev or sys-ops to automate the pull of data into our platform for these customers and to push back when needed. Some of the social lead form integrations have made a big difference and the customer suppport from cyclr customising for the payloads has been amazing. I wish it was possible to work out the scripts myself but it's just not build that way.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

The most significant benefit we are currently getting from Cyclr is the ability to iterate quickly for our clients. We have been able to develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and beta features that help solve the needs of our clients without having to wait for development cycles to provide a productized feature. This allows us to learn quickly, determine what works and does not, and better inform the productized feature development.

The one thing that came to mind was their previous UI design. Since we've started using the tool, they have updated with a new design that is intuitive and clean

Cyclr has all the connector integrations we currently require for our business.

Developing and organising templates for different business uses with the user interface is intuitive.

It would great if Cyclr API could verify authentication of connector before an install is confirmed.

It could be useful to build on the documentation (perhaps with some tutorials). For example, I could not find any guide to support users upgrading a custom Cyclr connector so that the development/ testing/ release could be phased e.g. using different environments (e.g. dev/staging/production).

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cyclr as a single integration to access multiple 3rd party CRM connectors. Cyclr makes us more efficient when we need to serve a new 3rd party CRM connector for our clients.

**What do you like best about Cyclr?**

Support, Consultation, a Great Product. It's hard to pick one item. The platform makes it easy for non-developers to deploy integrations of disparate software. The support is top notch, friendly, reliable and always going above and beyond. As far as consultation services go, when needed they will discuss your integration needs, find better and mores resource or cost effective ways to accomplish your goals and set a realistic expectation of when to expect your new connector to launch. 

It's been an interesting two years, give or take a handful of months and I am pleased to see how the continue to bring new features to the product. 

I suppose if I had to pick one feature, the biggest reason we went with them to begin with, is the ability to implement branching logic for all of our integrations.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

Well our use-case is a little odd, so many users of the platform may have no need for this but I could see a much more thorough reporting system. By that I mean, something that alerts our many internal users of Cyclr that something isn't running properly. We have been in talks with Cyclr here on this very point and I know they will come up with a solution here.  

**What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving two marketing-related items with Cyclr. 

One:
The Last-Click-Attribution conundrum in the marketing world. A little hard to quickly describe but think of your own social media habits. How often are you going to see or click on an ad and immediately buy? Not very often. So let us say you are a clothing boutique that currently markets on Instagram. If a user sees your ads but doesn't yet need a new pair of jeans but later does, performs a Google search on your boutique name, drives to your business and places an order, you might suspect that your website's SEO is what drove that sale. However with Cyclr's help, when building out an integration into this boutiques POS system, we can measure how many in-store purchases saw or clicked on an ad before coming into your store. It allows for a much fuller representation of the full marketing funnel. 

Two:
We are able to perform branching logic on our integrations that are far superior to the one-to-one style of integrations you would get with a Zapier account. So instead of dumping all phone calls from a VOIP system into Facebook Offline Events, we can take all phone calls, query a clients CRM and determine if they are a new customer or current customer calling in. From there we can do all sorts of things.

The ability to create custom connectors within workflows.  Cyclrs framework around API authorization, rate limiting, and recordset paging will really help streamline our processes.

Somewhat of a learning curve for users not too familiar with API integration.  The training material is very thorough and allows you to get started quickly.

Cyclr is feeding client-submitted data into our SaaS app.  This allows the data to be quickly analyzed and automate configuration changes to streamline system performance.

Once we configured our integration with Cyclr, we have had a smooth experience. We manage lots of integrations across tools on our platform and Cyclr has been among the most stable ones that we could set and forget.

There is a fairly steep learning curve with setting up Cyclr integrations and while there is a lot of documentation, it is not always helpful. On the positive side, their account and support teams are very helpful and responsive so it has balanced it out.

Cyclr has allowed us to connect two platforms that are key to our mission which did not have a native integration with each other. The integration has saved us hours of manual work.

The UI is not very straightforward. like the button to edit a cycle is not intuitive or if you want to see an account's cycles. the buttons' images can be improved to make them more self-explanatory

1. Cyclr Templates are convenient as they can either be manually installed on our client's account or automated through the self-installation process.

2. If a template is ready for publication, then we can set it as Public. If it's under construction & if not yet ready for publication then we need to set it as Private. This is useful while evaluating our template installations for our clients.

3. In order to avoid downtime after publication. Cyclr's template versioning feature allows us will provide the Live version to our clients & we will be able to create a Draft version on our end. When we have to promote an update to go Live, then this is applicable.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

1. The pricing structure for Startup, Growth and Enterprise is a little costly for small-scale businesses. 

2. If we can manage the learning curve of working with Cyclr, then we can effectively use its features for our requirements.

3. Its integration is well suited for working with our Intercom data pipedrive design.

1. Cyclr enables us to utilize the in-app message feature while clients work with multiple applications using Intercom integration.

2. Implementation of Intercom in Cyclr platform is fast & simple through its in-built data connectors dedicated for Intercom which can be done using drag & drop gestures.

3. Its data retention feature is useful in business cases where we need to retain transaction details for a specific period.

4. Cyclr's lookup option will aid with easy connection to the destination application so that we can retrieve all possible mapping values.

With the aim of delivering a best in class solution to our customers, Aptimyz has many integrations in its roadmap, from accountancy packages, e-commerce and more. We were looking for an integrations partner who we felt we could communicate with, that delivered a powerful solution and importantly affordably. After talking to many other integration companies we choose Cyclr because they were clearly the best across the three points. Also, with our ambitious plans to scale we know that they can scale with us.

**What do you dislike about Cyclr?**

From my dealings so far I cant identify an issue which I can use to say why I dislike anything in relation to Cyclr. Our decision to part ways was an important strategic one for Aptimyz.

**Recommendations to others considering Cyclr:**

If you are looking for a powerful integrations product, run by a team who are professional and easy to work with, and all at an affordable price then you have to sit down and talk to Fraser, Philip and the team.

Aptimyz is a cloud-based point of sale and back end business management solution. To build all the integrations required would mean hiring a larger engineering team which is costly. Being able to integrate with multiple other SaaS products is often a critical part of building a wider partnership ecosystem, but this can be complex and time-consuming. Cyclr's powerful, embeddable iPaaS platform enabled us to rapidly accelerate this process and build complex, multi-step integration workflows quickly and reliably.

Fraser, Philip, Matt and the whole Cyclr team were also a fount of knowledge to ensure we architected the implementation for speed and scale, and provided fantastic support throughout the process.

Due to purely internal issues we haven't been able fully to adopt Cyclr in the way we originally envisaged, but that is no reflection on the fantastic product itself.

Price point for functionality (as compared with alternate solutions).  Flexibility of working with Cyclr who can support customers by developing new API connectors and/or enhancing the capabilities of existing connectors.

Nothing significant identified so far.  Like many other iPAAS platforms, the user experience can be complex and take some time for business users in particular to get used to.  But this isn't unique to Cyclr and there are many other platforms which have a more complex user experience.  (Consumer-oriented platforms such as a IFTTT have a simpler experience but are much less powerful).

Elimination of point-to-point proprietary integrations.  Elimination of end-user Zapier and IFTTT projects.  Reduction of IT effort in developing and supporting business-driven integrations.  Reduction of manual processes between unintegrated systems.

Cyclr certainly has fewer integrations compared to others, but so far that hasn't stopped us. When we needed a new integration, they got it done in just 2 weeks. It was really impressive.

Support is amazing. These guys are always on somehow. Their onboarding attention is really something, and they go head over heels to make sure you draw value out of their platform.

The only issue I ever had was connectors related. We are focused on very niched markets, and getting all the connectors we needed was not always possible even when Cyclr team tried their best.

We use Cyclr to quickly deploy an Integration as a Service solution into our tool and allow users to connect and draw data from their accounts from multiple sources and process that data into our app.

I don't think I have encountered any problems in using Cyclr. I think it is not as intuitive as other tools, but you are followed step-by-step in the creation of your automation process, and when you are in trouble or something is not working they have always been fast in providing support

Automize processes that would have required a manual copy & paste of data instead. It gave the benefits to reduce errors from using manual processes and make them faster, of course.
