I've been using tools like Zapier for years and was always frustrated about the lack of features and end points. Cyclr offers so much more than its competitors with an approachable and knowledgeable customer support team that really go the extra mile.

The onboarding experience was great and they're always on hand to answer technical queries and have worked well with third parties to ensure we're able to get the most out of the connections.

I think the code editor can be improved.

We were able to quickly set up a Freshdesk integration so we can easily keep track and organise our teams tickets to save time and confusion. This was really easy to do! Their customer service has been excellent answering any questions quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GUI of Cyclr can be a little intimidating at first, as it's not as user-friendly as some of the other solutions out there, but most users of Cyclr will be developers or SysAdmins that can figure things out pretty easily.
