2) Long contract that is hard to get out of. It is best to make sure that you fully want to commit to the product before purchasing.

Using Cybersource is simple to use. They used to provide us with a HOP file that we would simply use to POST our information to. Recently, they released a new "Secure Acceptance" release. This made thins more secure, but was a little difficult to migrate. If not migrating, it would be simple to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started implementing Secure Acceptance right when they told us about it. We got finished only to find out they had changed the documentation. It's all good now, but I would have preferred they get everything in order first, then tell us to implement it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fraud system management, which is very wide and sophisticated: The creation of new fraud rules seems endless (depending on the region, IP, purchase amount, velocity,....) very easy to use and can create fraud rules which are really tailored made for the products sold. The device fingerprint 3rd party tool included (ThreatMetrix if I remember well) is excellent too), this is one of the best fraud tools i have ever used together coupled with Threat MEtrix, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Again regarding the fraud rules engine, it was a bit cumbersome to have lots of different accounts with different credentials to log in the good account per region (APAC, EMEA,...) it would be nice to have it all centralized in one account/platform and then split the rules set-up per region.,

The administration tool for the accounts management is not the best, nor very easy to use.

Thel ayout once logged into the interface is not the brightest, still looks very "technical", for the tech guys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact I love about Cybersource is their various API support. They have great development resources and forums for developers. Apart from that they have great admin application to monitor transactions and manage profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Practically nothing too much to dislike but I would love to see support for declined transaction redirection to user specified URL in case of silent order post API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how well it works with OBM Webscphere commerce. It allows us to expand the functionality to give us more features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In many things we are limited and are unable to take advantage of some features we would like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
