What I like best about Cybersource Payment review is the creating, modifying rules. I also like the fact that you can mark people as suspect so you can blacklist them from placing orders. Layout is a bit small to read on the screen. An update to the display of information would be fantastic. Improvements to fraud flagging. Unable to search using multiple filters to locate transactions, at times we need to find a charge amount on a specific date, on a specific card type, it's not possible to narrow down results when searching by either last four, merchant ID, or other billing information. Adding the Ability to Search by last four and then narrow the results by amount would shorten agent search time.

The preview of Payments does not provide enough info. A hover over that would give us the billing address without having to click into the billing info would save time. Sometimes a customer pays with their husbands card, but puts their married name in at the time of payment. When we request the card info to verify, we get the right address, and last four, and no matching name. A hover over for the rest of the billing info as a preview with the address info would help to verify and locate accounts faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
