When I first started using CyberNewsWire it was not always clear that the date, name and location I put in is the one that will be displayed on the release. My information is different from my clients, so that got messed up on my first go. While the team provides me with promo codes from time to time, it is not always clear where I go to plug them in. The team is not always timely when I need their help with things like that. I also am glad CyberNewsWire got rid of the confirmation code after payment, because I use my boss' credit card and am not always with them for them to give me the code on time!
