CyberHoots is a newer company- with this come some sturggles that are expected.

There is not a ton of documentation available on how to use the software or how to administor your clients. While their support team is TOP NOTCH and anwsers questions effectively & efficently- I would love to see us get access to more knowledge base and isntruction on how we can trim this software to be the best for our clients. Cyberhoot was implemented about a month ago at my business.

I like the way the videos are kept short and they make the information digestible and easy to understand. These videos are a great way to remind us of the signs we must look out for to detect threats like phishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a user, I didn't like that I could not access my list of assigned courses and complete them from there. I had to wait to be sent a link to access the specific assigned course and only complete that one. I'm not sure if this is purposely done like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cyberhoot's autopilot solution makes it dead simple to deploy a good, functional training for our staff. What once took weeks to plan an annual cyber security training and phishing simulations, now takes no time at all. Onboarding our staff was a breeze with their Google Workspace or Microsoft O365 integration. Our staff really enjoy how easy it is to access the training. They simply click the link in their email, no sign in required. Their video library consists of freely available youtube videos, so there are plenty to choose from. Dark web scans are a nice bonus. They have a hosted GoPhish phishing toolkit that allows us to send simulated phishing emails to see how well our training is working. Cyberhoot is able to keep their prices down because a lot of their training videos and material are freely available on Youtube and not customized. They only have a handful of Cyberhoot branded videos. They focus more on the solution than the material. This isn't a big deal for us, but it would be nice if all the videos had the same branding and look and feel. Because of this, some videos are better than others. I'm pretty sure the video they selected for AI security was generated by AI... It's not great. Our staff someimtes complain that the quizes are difficult. Compared to other solutions, they can be difficult and sometimes tricky. Cyberhoot allows us to customize the questions, but this can take some time. Also, their API is only available to MSPs. CyberHoot delivers new content every month to our Operations, helping get the most up-to-date training to our employees on the current threats. Used other tools for training and this is by far the best tools we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The access to the content is great, and to identify the non-compliants is easy. However the improvement could be in the way to resent the email reminding the non-compliants to take the training, instead of having to go into each individual and resend the notification. We deployed all of our users (~500) with a short process - just uploading a CSV file with their details.

We were able to customize our video programs quite easily and adjust them to our employees and sector.

The variery of content and it's quality is superb and we are happy with the ablity to add our own content.

The settings part feels a bit lacking, we would have like to have more granular control on our environment - for example - deciding on the timing of sent emails.

One of the features I love is the authentications access to assignments. It has made the adoption and compliance across the company a lot easier for our team. Having the ability to optimize targeting would be nice to have. For instance, I would like to change the time when emails or notices are sent out. The UX is confusing at times. Hierarchical activities don't flow from left to right or top to bottom within the interface. The only MFA option is SMS, which is less secure and less flexible than TOTP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
