The real time threat-monitoring. The customer service from the Cyberhaven team is always quick and responsive. The product roadmap, there are always new and upcoming updates to the product. Cyberhaven helps us prevent data loss by providing visibility into how sensitive data is being used and by implementing policies to prevent data loss from occuring. Cyberhaven customer support is top notch, and they are quick to address any issues or concerns. They have also been very willing to accept feedback for future product enhancements. The product has proven to be extremely effective in blocking the egress of designated data. The adminstrative aspect of the portal is pretty easy to use, it has a lot of options for creating custom data sets that were able to match our complex environment. Adding additional (managed) services has been like seamlessly adding additional team members. The Cyberhaven team takes our feature requests seriously and helps us integrate new capabilities into our complex environment. While tagging and classification are important, the ability to use data lineage and having quick control deployment options can be instrumental in preventing data loss even before full tagging and classification are in place. Super easy and fast to deploy and immediatly benafit from the data. Not just a DLP platform. The data collected can be used for IR and other Blue Team functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cyberhaven? Custom policy creation is 'challenging' - but once deployed works well. Policy alerts are not cumulative. Ie 3 policies (which each have different trigger variables, increasing in severity) will all create an event if all three thresholds are met, rather than just the highest severity. What problems is Cyberhaven solving and how is that benefiting you? We long labored over DLP deployment with aim of deploying an effective, risk mitigating solution which didn’t impact the business. Data classification, data owners & tagging are all extremely important tasks but can take an awful long time to embed within a business before you can overlay an DLP platform. Cyberhaven allowed us to use an alternative method to move to the DLP phase by being able to use data linage with light touch across the business and data owners.
