The 2023/2024 revised pricing level put it in the webinar market competitively, and the features it offers have matched everything we were looking for. We had been using the GoToWebinar legacy offering for many years and always praised it's reliability. However the time came to move over to a new platform, and Cvent's offering couldn't be beaten. Cvent Webinar gives us the ability to set up and implement webinars quickly, and the backend admin site is user friendly. This is important as we host 40-50 webinars a year. The support guides and training are excellent, and typically answer any queries. If not, the support team is there to investigate and I can safely say they are at the top of customer support for the software systems I use. Our existing products with Cvent (Event Management) helped this decision, as the trust on the platform had been established. After roughly a year of usage, we haven't been let down and overall my team have been very happy using Cvent Webinar. **What do you dislike about Cvent Webinar?** I wouldn't call them downsides, but rather product enhancements that would be nice to have, but not imperative, such as: - Speakers uploading custom backgrounds - Enhanced email builder **What problems is Cvent Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest challenge was finding a reasonably priced platform that was browser based, and accepted by strong security protocols. Using locally accessed software no longer worked due to the nature of the digital world and access issues we found our speakers and attendees facing more frequently until it became a larger concern. Easier connection to the platform means a lighter load on our small team, so they can run speaker training, and the live day quickly and efficiently. ### 2. Our Salesforce integration works seamlessly as event attendees register. **What do you dislike about Cvent Webinar?** We knew this platform would not be as robust as Attendee Hub when switching, however I'd like to see the auto add-to-calendar feature included and I would like to see a way to filter out the spam attendees via email or IP address to the platform. **What problems is Cvent Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, time is of the essence. Attendee Hub was taking lots of time for my simpler events and thats when we decided to try CVENT webinar. I'm very happy we did! Webinar plus was something introduced during covid era. When virtual meetings became a norm. The ease of use and features are the best part about it. **What do you dislike about Cvent Webinar?** Nothing as such. But going ahead a ton of features should be added. I know for a fact Cvent works really closely on client feedback and tries to implement the requirements with add ons/optionals. **Recommendations to others considering Cvent Webinar:** Its a fairly new product. But considering the goodwil and market repo of Cvent we can opt for this without a second thought. **What problems is Cvent Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major problem was hosting webinars virtually. Other products do provide the option but as per me they are not as robust and seamless as Cvent webinar plus. Multiple attendee management is something which has been solved on a large scale using this SAAS. ### 29.
