**What do you like best about Customisable wholesale and trading platforms?**

DueTrade are really helpful throughout the whole process and the final product is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Customisable wholesale and trading platforms?**

Hmm, tough one. The more functionality you want the more it costs. It's not a one cost fits all.

**What problems is Customisable wholesale and trading platforms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstly our customer engagement has improved and also it's making our customers lives much easier for ordering purposes of our goods and this is saving us time in the office.

- Our customers love it
- It's simple and easy to use
- It works
- The aftercare has been very helpful and DueTrade has been there for our every request.
- Has saved the trading team time on the phone
- The web version for the traders is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Customisable wholesale and trading platforms?**

- With new technology, there are always going to be some issues at first because this was new and built from scratch and it just needed a bit of fine-tuning but thankfully any issues were sorted ASAP by the DueTrade developers. 
- When changes happen it the app needs to be updated.

**Recommendations to others considering Customisable wholesale and trading platforms:**

We noticed that lots of other industries have moved into the twenty-first century by updating their digital offering. One way of doing this is through an App and DueTrade is a great place to start.

**What problems is Customisable wholesale and trading platforms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Being able to contact and update all of our customers who have downloaded in a matter of seconds through notifications
- Simplified the buying/selling process. 
- Saved customers time finding invoices and having to call in for market information
- Less time on the phone for traders
