After about six months of signing with CSB, we are still trying to figure out the multiple functions and features of the platform. CSB has the vision and understanding for CX deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variety of features is the best for CSB but has a downside as the explanations of configuring this self-help platform lack enough instructions and demos. Some basic training materials were still under construction, and most articles had outdated information.

New Features are always welcome for any user, great to see CSB comes with strong and valuable features.
Recent features like AI Retention could be a very useful.
Option of tagging different team members in updates are commendable.
For a product Like CS Box - The user Interface is crucial, & I must say CSBox has an excellent User Interface.

Different Attributes at tips to ease the work.
All Account at one page and could easily get important insight for particular Account.

When we do email to clients, we have to keep our internal team as well in cc.
Their email id should come in cc automatically when we type the initials as like Gmail
Currently, every time to add any internal email id, I need to copy every time from Gmail & then have to paste in CSBox .

I have liked the Auto task generation process in the Customer success box, It reminds me to take a continuous follow-up.
The software also inculcates the Customer relationship health, Which defines our focus area and helps us in taking the right decision.
The software also identifies the Product adoption health based on certain parameters
