What do you like best about CustomerIQ?

CustomerIQ goes one step further than the other AI notetakers that we've used and actually accomplishes tasks for us. We use it for CRM data entry on all of our sales calls also use the new email assistant function. We switched from Fireflies because CIQ showed that it would actually take these next steps for us. What do you dislike about CustomerIQ?

There is nothing that we dislike about CIQ. The pace of development is super fast, and we're excited to see what comes next. The only thing that we don't like is the immaturity of some in understanding the why/how of AI notetakers...and this sometimes requires explaining on a call. What do you like best about CustomerIQ?

The concise call summaries are great, capturing the key points, next steps, and action items without fluff. We can also cluster highlights to spot trends across multiple interviews, which we use a lot for open-ended user interviews. We've found the transcription and summaries to be way more accurate/helpful than Zoom's AI companion. The setup was incredibly easy—it was ready to go almost instantly and worked seamlessly with both Zoom and Google Meet. I use it several times a day, and it’s been flawless every single time. What do you dislike about CustomerIQ?

Our team relies heavily on meeting notes in Hubspot, and we needed a solution that didn’t just summarize but actually helped us drive action. After testing several tools, CustomerIQ stood out. The way it integrates with Hubspot, and its ability to not just summarize meetings but update all our fields, has been a game-changer.
