I like how easy and user-friendly the platform is, I love the chat option the best/ quick/ easy and the customers love how quick the response time is.. I have not had any issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Customer Support Suite?

Nothing I am happy with how easy it is to use.I wish the answers were shorter for the text quota for things I do not like as most times there are no bugs that bother me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The things that I might dislike with this software is that it can sometimes have a few bugs or glitches and crash unexpectedly. But they always work to resolve any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use to coordinate what I need from it. Being able to have what I need at my fingertips make my job easier when needing to work with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Least helpful is when I am not able to access when it is down or glitching. Not always just sometimes. Could be our network though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
