What do you like best about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?

Kapdesk is a program that allows a company to keep up with their current customers and make sure that they are being taken care of by giving them positively great customer service experiences. While the same is true with any Customer Service product, that the service is only as good as the person providing that service, the same is true here. Kapdesk has a very straightforward implementation and setup procedure. In fact, it's possible to get up and running with Kapdesk within a day depending on the size of the operation. For a small business that would be a simple task. Creating tasks is very easy, seeing and responding to replies is a breeze, escalating when necessary is no big deal, and all of the familiar tasks associated with customer service are baked in. What do you dislike about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?

What I have seen as issues with this program are collaboration problems when trying to bring another person into the mix. Occasional issues with the system not showing updates that have been made very recently. The last thing that I wish this program had more of is integrations with other software programs which would make life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?

Plain and simple, this software allows us to connect with the people who are trying to connect with us or those who we want to connect with. Things I like about this software include the omnichannel setup which lets us connect with people using phone, live chat, email, Facebook, Twitter, and a handful of other ways. Chances are if you want to connect with someone via Kapdesk in a specific way, there is an integration set up for it already. I was able to get most everything I needed set up within a matter of hours spread out over a few days. The UI is easy to learn and intuitive for just about every customer service related task I have run into while using this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?

I haven't used the software long enough to be able to say that there are any issues with it. So far everything has been either super easy to figure out by myself or I have been able to have a friend or colleague help me with. I haven't needed to contact support yet, so I'm not sure how those interactions would go. If it's anything like the rest of the software I'm positive I will be happy with it.
