I like most about Customer Lockbox is that it gives customers full control over data access. Even support engineers must request approval before accessing data, which increases transparency, security, and trust while handling sensitive customer information during support or troubleshooting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using Customer Lockbox for a long time. It definitely improves security and transparency, but the approval process can sometimes slow down urgent troubleshooting especially when quick access is needed to investigate and resolve customer issues.
