It is not very easy to use and the reporting and analytics side of Customer.guru isn't very flexible and doesn't allow me to play with the data very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it is easy to create the email with our logo. I also like the fact that the user can click the nps rating score right in the email without having to go to another site. This makes it easy for them to respond. I also like the automated thank you email that can be sent after. The user interface is extremely easy to use. It took me only a day to get the survey setup. It does not have an interface with Autotask. We had to manually upload the contacts from Tigerpaw as well. This was to be expected though since both softwares are dated.
