I have a dedicated person that I can reach out to for any questions! William Ballew has been great at teaching me the ins & outs of the platform and responding to all the random things I send his way. The reports feature can be super detailed and you can drill down to anything you need. But it can take a lot to build what you need. I wish there were standard reports that I could tweak as needed. I end up relying on the Custodia team to send me reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
