What do you like best about CultureMonkey?

What I like most about CultureMonkey is how well it fits our current needs while staying within budget. It allows us to run anonymous surveys easily and share them across multiple channels, which has really helped with participation.

The analytics are clear and useful, especially the heatmaps, which make it easy to spot trends and key focus areas quickly. On top of that, the support from the team has been great, responsive and easy to work with.

What do you dislike about CultureMonkey?

I wouldn’t call it a dislike, but more an area of improvement. Having used CultureMonkey for close to three years now, I’d love to see more continuous enhancements especially around the use of AI to generate deeper, more actionable insights from the data.

t gives a broad range of data and structure to show how different sections brreakdown. The option's for survey's are great. There are many different ways to structure to help fit out needs. color coordinating a heat map makes for easier readability. It would be nice to be able to range the data for a window of time. The longer it is used, the less likely the older data is to stay relevant. For example, 2022 data about a manager may not reflect 2026 work life Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
