It's a great app to spice up company culture and amp up engagement. I would especially recommend it for their customer care, everything from setup to updates & catchups about updates - they are so highly dedicated to growing and developing their product, it's truly remarkable.

Oh and they don't just update; they're interested in how you use each feature - so they themselves understand their product better and better. And I really appreciate the fact that there's more ways than one to set up different features to make them work best for your company.

I personally enjoy the prompts that are sent to each of our Slack channels to prompt engagement from our employees. They are fun and inviting and easy to answer! The integration with Slack is a gamechanger. Our teams spend most of their time on Slack, so being able to add fun and engaging features directly into their day to day increases engagemement, and helps turn Slack into a more fun, social space, rather than one focused purely on work.

They also have a fantastic product roadmap, and are extremely perceptive to customer feedback and suggestions, not only for the product itself, but also the broader hybrid and remote working space.
