I love using Culture Booster and would highly recommend for multiple reasons:

1. The survey tool allows us to confidentially collect data and feedback in ways that helps us analyze how our varied demographics view their experience at our organization. When staff are confident that their feedback is confidential and see over time that their feedback turns into change results, they are more likely to participate. We doubled our participation from 40% to over 80% in six months and are excited to continue to watch that number grow.

2. The 1:1 tool adds transparency, supports meaningful connections, and provides constructive data for reviews and for burnout monitoring - while being super easy to use.

3. The level of customer service that comes from this organization is outstanding. Their staff actually care about helping our organization succeed on a cultural level.

Employees who do not use computers or apps on a daily basis can struggle to get logged in for the surveys. It has been a small hurdle to get non tech savvy folks to login and participate, but Culture Booster has provided extra time, support, and ideas to help us overcome this area. Culture Booster is an easy to navigate tool that will not only make your check-in's more efficent and effective, there is a comprehensive survey feature, ways to track and increase employee engagment, create reports and many other amazing features! I liked the we we were able to view results by different demographic and work group. I think it's useful to have different breakdowns for data sets because each person at PSP is unique and experiencing life differently. I thought it was decently easy to use. The comment section for each question was a little confusing to use at first, but that could be fixed with a brief explanation. I also would have liked to do the survey a little bit more frequently since the turnover rate here tends to be a little higher than most other companies using Culture Booster. There are many upsides to this platform compared to other employee enagement surveys. One is the richness of the data and the various ways you can slice it. Second is the built-in DEI elements.
