**What do you like best about Cuebo?**

Honestly, I really like Cuebo. The AI feels very close to real-time customer conversations, so the practice actually helps. Since I’m newly joined, using Cuebo made a big difference my performance improved within the very next month.
The different difficulty levels in the roleplays are also very helpful because they prepare me for all types of customer situations. Overall, it has helped me handle calls better and improved my sales confidence.

**What do you dislike about Cuebo?**

The only thing I don't enjoy is when the easy-level scenarios keep repeating. Once I’ve practiced them enough, I feel they should automatically push me to the harder ones. Repeating the same simple scenarios gets boring and doesn’t challenge me

**What problems is Cuebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s made my calls much smoother and improved my confidence. The AI responses feel close to real customers, so the practice actually translates into my actual performance.
 Since I joined recently, Cuebo helped me ramp up faster I could understand objections, improve my pitch, and handle tough conversations better.

Cuebo is a good platform overall, but there are a few areas that can be improved. Sometimes, when we are on a call, it disconnects automatically, which interrupts the flow of the conversation. Also, when we talk to the AI and try to interrupt or speak in between, the system tends to end the conversation abruptly instead of continuing naturally. The listening and response handling could be made stronger to make the experience smoother and more interactive.

It's easy to learn the topics we need to cover, by taking simulation multiple times - we can easily pitch the offers and details about the in-depth product. Also, asks questions which generally customer has doubt. and the best thing is after completing simulation it allows us too  see how can we do better - what are the things we can promote our sales pitching.

Sometimes Cuebo AI asks too many questions in a single time, we are not able to answer it- it should ask like one question at each time. and it asks very in depth questions about the product which we don't have the knowledge or we should have also been provided with separate modules to learn more about the mechanical terms related w the vehicle.

When we started with AI in regional language, word is using too complicated and not easy to understand some words. And while taking simulation, due to bug issue, AI Using the word again and again. And what's the process already mentioned in simulation but AI not full fill to complete this, when its done, AI replied that's enough but not getting that much score. If AI asking question properly then we can complete the conversation in our regional language (Tamil).
