**What do you like best about Clara?**

Clara is a simple tool to use and an excellent source of fresh company leads. 
It is simple to use and hasn't crashed or experienced many issues. 
Clara is an easy-to-use and straightforward platform that I may utilize for my product leads. Not to mention, their customer service is excellent. 
Easy to implement and integrate with systems we use it once in a week atleast.
We can utilize a wide range of capabilities provided by Clara in our day-to-day activities. I've had a positive overall experience with this software and team.

**What do you dislike about Clara?**

One issue I encountered was that the service would often go down on weekends.

In any case, it's assisting me in identifying the ideal product audience. generating a strong consumer base and continuously obtaining new leads for advertising.

**What do you like best about Clara?**

Clara is easy to use and great way to find new leads for business. It's easy to use and didn't crash or faced bugs frequently. Clara is software i can use easily for my product leads and it is easy to implement. Also , didn't forget their customer support services are great. Clara offers many different features to use that we can use in our daily routine. Overall my experience with this software and team is good.

**What do you dislike about Clara?**

One thing I faced which is on weekend, mostly on Sundays server is down.  Sometimes it's hard to get what you want.

**What problems is Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well it's helping me to find a perfect fit audience for products.  Finding new leads constantly and building great customer base for campaigns.

**What do you like best about Clara?**

It does not keep my schedule organized and doesn't ensure I never miss a meeting or deadline. The way she understands language and responds accordingly is not remarkable.

**What do you dislike about Clara?**

The hectic integration with my calendar and email makes managing my day difficult. Claras inaccuracy has consumed me hours of work. Navigating through Claras user interface is a bit confusing and not very intuitive making it harder to use.

**What problems is Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer support response time tends to be slow and unhelpful at times which leave users feeling frustrated and unsupported. The lack of customization options and limited functionality also restricts the users ability to tailor Clara to their needs.

**What do you like best about Clara?**

This assistant, powered by AI has been obstructive when it comes to managing schedules. It is unable to integrate with my calendar and also unable to find the time slots, for both me and my contacts.

**What do you dislike about Clara?**

Clara fails to communicate with others and handle the back and forth of scheduling. The natural language processing capabilities would make interacting with Clara feel like having a conversation with a person but it lacks this.

**What problems is Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've noticed its customization options. The platform's rigid nature restricts flexibility making it difficult to adapt to business needs. Not receiving real time notification updates occasionally result in missed opportunities.

Clara has only one dislike is on Sunday's the server works slow that's it leaving this I don't have anything to dislike about Clara

Clara is constantly searching for new leads and returning on new clients all the time whenever we forget but Clara helps in on time

**What do you like best about Clara?**

Easy to use system that allows quick analysis of large and small sets of data. The widget is awesome to entice users to leave their mobile number and receive a callback.

Perhaps more fields for task creation and the option to customize the fields should work.

Love how easy it is to track leads and see which ones are unique and which are repeat visitors.

**What do you like best about Clara?**

Setting up was quick. I added it to the calendar and it integrated with it seamlessly. It streamlines communication and reduces those back-and-forth emails. Saves time and mental energy otherwise lost to distractions.

**What do you dislike about Clara?**

The features are limited and can be upgraded to suit some more needs. Works well when the scheduling process is simple.

**What problems is Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used it as an SDR. We had tried other tools but this one was the most straightforward and effective. Sending emails again and again can be annoying so that was eliminated. Overall, helpful in streamlining communication and saving time.

 It has helped us in many successful campaigns, especially when we wanted to send bulk sms campaigns.

We have never come across any issues, hopefully they continue in maintaining the quality service.

**What do you like best about Clara?**

Clara is a force multiplier for small companies or single-shingles or independent salespersons who want to automate their work to gain efficiency and to portray themselves as being in a larger, perhaps more stable, organization.  Clara is VERY helpful in automating the follow-up process.  Also, it seems potential customers are more likely to 'play nice' with the presumed assistant following up for her boss. -"hey, she's just doing her job" --  than with the intrusive salesperson who keeps calling and nagging.

**What do you dislike about Clara?**

Clara is a pretty simple and effective tool but the secret is out!  Initially, customers would say something like, "Is Clara joining us in the meeting?" because they assumed she was a real person.  That's no longer the case.  Many people assume this is an AI Bot and the "sympathy response" percentage drops to zero pretty fast.  I was able to counter this by hiring a young female voiceover of Fiverr so I could drop a recorded message from "Clara" onto a prospect's voicemail (using a tool like Phoneburner which can automate multiple messages) and that worked pretty well.  But , still, Clara can't hide forever, and once customers realize that it's all automated they react negatively.    Nowadays, it might be possible to be upfront about it and say "I'm using my robot assistant to save both our times"... but I'm not sure.  You'd be hard pressed to find something more loathed than automated spam or robo-dialing among your customers in today's outbound selling world.

Clara automates my followup, and her memory and persistence exceed my own - so that's great.   She adds a little panache and resectability to the 'persistent salesman calling' thing.

There are many upsides to using Clara, including the ability to see a doctor 24/7, the convenience of having appointments that work around your schedule, and the affordability of the service. Many people find Clara to be a helpful and convenient way to get the medical care they need.

. However, there are some downsides to using Clara, including the fact that you may have to wait longer for an appointment than you would if you saw a doctor in person, and the quality of care may not be as high as it would be if you saw a doctor in person.

I’ve always been a big fan of the saying, “Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.” In business, this means the little things that make a big difference. Clara helps me with the little things, so I can focus on the big things. For example, Clara helps me keep track of all my appointments, reminds me to follow up with potential clients, and manages my to-do list.

Clara act as perfect virtual assistant and ensures effective calender management. It also saves a lot of productive time by allowing us to focus on core issues.

**What do you dislike about Clara?**

There are other cheaper alternatives in the market. I would say that working bit on cost optimisation would make clara a great product. Further improvement on user interface is also recommended.

Clara ensures time management and keeps track of all meetings and schedules by automatically fetching from email inbox. It also ensures we may not miss out on any pre-planned meetings.
