The import/export features and functions were incredibly helpful in achieving a very fast implementation. Also, the dimensions and time intelligence of the tool allow for equity roll, balance sheet balancing, and cashflow statement checks to be flexibly designed so that you can ensure that the information is correct while looking at any window of time or any scenario. The main downside I experienced while using cube was the difficulty in uploading and arranging our operating model to be coded and uploaded to Cube. This process took a little more effort and time than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Cube can be the centralized database for different teams to pull data. This has been extremely helpful for our reporting, AOP and BvA processes, and has made the team much more efficient during month-end and quarterly reporting. The customer support team is very helpful and available almost instantly. Cube has all the features I needed so far to bring in actuals from NetSuite and create a budget in Excel that I can upload to Cube easily as well as then do budget vs actuals reporting by Department, GL codes, etc., as needed. I am also able to separately have a headcount scenario for hires on staff and planned hires which is very helpful to have a full view of the budget and forecast. The google sheets add on extension is really unique and extremely helpful. You no longer have to download CSV's from your Quickbooks as Cube brings in all the data you need with a click of a button. It's a little challenging in the beginning stages to understand how to use Cube. While they do a great job supplying you with an onboarding specialist that walks you though everything, I think it could stand to be a bit more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
