The technical integrations and expertise in connecting with our data in real time. I would also say that they do a great job at maintaining a very high service level.

**What do you dislike about CSG International?**

Cost of enhancements. I think they could do a better job in there enhancements pricing.

If you're looking for for a solid IVR with virtually no down time this is the one. Newer AI models might be worth exploring.

CSG provides an IVR service that resolves roughly 80% of our consumer interactions.

The interface is straightforward and organized so that our group can easily traverse through different features. The communication search and filtering ability enables us to quickly search for certain messages, which plays a crucial role in effectively dealing with customer questions.

CSG International's "Streamline Customer Communications Across Every Channel" is a powerful and efficient solution for managing multi-channel customer interactions. It has hugely improved our response times, levels of automation, and customer satisfaction levels. While there is some room for improvement in reporting and customization, the overall stability and functionality make it a highly recommended solution for organizations that need efficient customer communication management.

**What problems is CSG International solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In operations, CSG International has proved to be very reliable. The platform never stops running, with minimal downtimes, and communications with the customer are uninterrupted. The rate of delivery for SMS and emails is extremely high, and cases of undelivered or sent-later messages are few and rare.

The system also allows for easy integration with CRM software and customer support systems, enabling smooth data transfer. Through this integration, all the customer interactions are documented correctly, helping to enhance service quality.

**What do you like best about CSG International?**

They are highly cost-efficient. The solutions they provide to help us interact with our customers is outstanding. It ensures a seamless process in launching new services, pulling customer records etc. It provides a very friendly User Interface and hence is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about CSG International?**

From my experience so far, there is nothing that I have disliked so far. At times, certain processes might take a bit time but that is accepted when the queries we run are very complex. Overall, the tool is very efficient.

Do not think twice when choosing a customer engagement and management service provider. Go ahead with CSG International, without a doubt. It will fulfill all your requirements and help you in cost saving as well.

I have used the software for managing my customer data and drawing insights from them. It helped me mine insights and also provided me with the Customer Relationship Management and revenue management platform for a business project.

Customer engagement is the best feature of CSG International which provides us excellent platform to interact with our customers world wide and understand their need and provide solutions at the right time. CSG international will reduce your overall cost and gives you ability to launch new services and also improve your customer experiences.

I have not found any dislike because all CSG international sevices are very helpful and updated and according to current market. However i will be more delighted if CSG add some more excellent features and services into their platform.

**What do you like best about CSG International?**

The best part which I like most is the solutions which they provide for reducing operating expenses and in turn improving the efficiency of overall business. They are very helpful in minimizing customer churn.

**What do you dislike about CSG International?**

I haven't been able to find any significant dislikes about CSG so far. A little improvement in execution part would be much appreciated and can be a huge help for their clients.

I like easiest way for this software as it is prime and very feasible also it easily get the data to process for make the flow more easier and simpler

Mostly there is nothing to dislike but the execution time for all the process in this software is quite lengthy and time taken
