What do you like best about CSG International?

They are highly cost-efficient. The solutions they provide to help us interact with our customers is outstanding. What do you dislike about CSG International?

From my experience so far, there is nothing that I have disliked so far. At times, certain processes might take a bit time but that is accepted when the queries we run are very complex. Overall, the tool is very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CSG International?
