**What do you like best about CSG Advanced Convergent Platform (ACP)?**

ACP is built on the CCS mainframe and utilizes the ACSR GUI, which was introduced in 1992.

**What do you dislike about CSG Advanced Convergent Platform (ACP)?**

ACP is sold as part of CSG's Service Bureau, so all clients except Comcast use the same code base.  Enhancements are slow and delay TTM.

**What problems is CSG Advanced Convergent Platform (ACP) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ACP with OME allows us to quickly and easily create all in offers and promotions so we can adapt to market conditions.

I like how multi functional this application is with maintaining our current and former customers.

I do not dislike anything about the software.
