Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about the quality of their work. If I had to pick something, it’s simply the fact that they are only a fractional partner because I’d hire the team full-time for my own RevOps department in a heartbeat if I could. Because they are a highly sought-after agency, you do need to stay organized with your project scoping to ensure you're maximizing your time with their experts.
