It's nice how CS for Sharepoint helps you to manage your basic customer service requests in one place where you can easily create, manage, and track all of them together. You can't really do much more than just create these different tickets or requests for customers, which is kind of annoying when we have to go back and forth between the different programs we use with our database of customers and these requests you make. It isn't thought out the best with the kind of customer service work that we use unfortunately, but thats not to say that it is all bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how simple Sharepoint is to use and create reference materials for our team. It has premade templates or you can create your own news articles. When uploading documents it's simple and quick. I love all of the features and how easy it is to expand your oob SharePoint environment using their tools with little to no coding. The customer support is also very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the interface of Sharepoint. It is effortless to navigate and to research everything I need to find. It is very often that I go onto Sharepoint, and a page is being updated in real-time.
