What do you like best about CS for SharePoint?

It's nice how CS for Sharepoint helps you to manage your basic customer service requests in one place where you can easily create, manage, and track all of them together. It is nice it how integrates with other software as well so if you use it then it is really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CS for SharePoint?

You can't really do much more than just create these different tickets or requests for customers, which is kind of annoying when we have to go back and forth between the different programs we use with our database of customers and these requests you make. It isn't thought out the best with the kind of customer service work that we use unfortunately, but thats not to say that it is all bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CS for SharePoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem it was helping us solve was finding a way to create these sort of customer service tickets and tasks for our team to make and manage them, and this way we'd be able to see their productivity. What do you like best about CS for SharePoint?

I love how simple Sharepoint is to use and create reference materials for our team. It has premade templates or you can create your own news articles. When uploading documents it's simple and quick. What do you like best about CS for SharePoint?

I love all of the features and how easy it is to expand your oob SharePoint environment using their tools with little to no coding. The customer support is also very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CS for SharePoint?

There is a lag time associated with using their forms. We combat this by using power apps when it is a business need that the delay when opening a form could impact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CS for SharePoint?

I like the interface of Sharepoint. It is effortless to navigate and to research everything I need to find. It is very often that I go onto Sharepoint, and a page is being updated in real-time. What do you dislike about CS for SharePoint?

The only thing I would want to update about Sharepoint is maybe the search results are not easy to navigate. If the search results were more filtered, it would be easier to navigate through them when I have searched for something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure you search precisely what you are looking for, and you comb the results because the answer might not always stick out clearly, but nine times out of 10, it is there. I have solved countless problems with Sharepoint because I can search for almost everything that I need in there. That does not only include issues related to a call. An app would be very effective for customer service agents because it would simplify use and allow them to be more mobile. For anyone on Salary, they won't need to take a computer home each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CS for SharePoint?

It provides an efficient, cost-effective solutions to our organizations especially being form forest industry.Our file storing inventory being SharePoint, this has helped us a lot.
