Cryptoworth Reviews & Product Details

- Full feature set (this was my requirement when choosing our accounting software for my 2 c-corps): Sync Banks + Crypto Wallets (SOL, all EVM, probably more that I haven't used) + no limits that I could find on added synced banks/wallets. Also met requirements I had listed below.

- Easy to create and manage chart of accounts for specialized classifications

- Ability to intelligently bulk classify transactions

- Can set rules that let you auto-classify like-kind transactions

- Clean UI that provides all information needed at a glance on the transactions page (value, amt, to/from, tx-id, etc.)

- Tested and confirmed ability to sync over 250,000 transactions between 5+ wallets (Solana, ETH) accurately, effectively, and smoothly. Takes a few minutes as expected for 250k tx's, but the site doesn't lag at all (rare for these types of softwares), and the UX while waiting remains unchanged

- Priced better than any other option designed with their large feature set by a longshot. Plus, based on trials of the other products, it's better

- It's connection to QBO AND Xero are both excellent. I've used both personally and literally had 0 issues

- Responsive support from actual team members that listen and will actually FIX the problem (or guide you through what you're doing wrong, more likely lol). The biggest downside of using cryptoworth that I can think of is the learning curve, which they've actually decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. I'm specifically referring to setting up the chart of accounts (now there are presets). Everything else is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cryptoworth is an incredibly well put together product that truly can handle the necessary complexities of Defi and accounting on chain. They are constantly updating and integrating the latest and greatest chains and protocols, I never once had an issue with not having a certain token or chain not supported for example.

The onboarding was very smooth as well and the product syncs well overall with QuickBooks.

Additionally when something is not working the team has some of the best customer support I have ever seen, especially in the crypto industry. Richard and his team rarely took more than a couple to a few days to get back to me, and when things were broken they would jump on a call and spend the required time to fix and resolve the issues. I wouldn't even say this is particular to Cryptoworth, but syncing the blockchain to a book keeping software is a difficult challenge in general, so that part can be a bit frustrating at times. I met the Cryptoworth team in person in 2022 at a blockchain conference. We've been using their product ever since, and they've been supporting us heavily with scaling. I appreciate how they treat their customers very well. I like how you can connect all your Solana and EVM wallets with Cryptoworth. Exporting everything to QuickBooks is a feature I really find useful! Their pricing structure is clear and digestible, which I also appreciate unlike some other competitors that price gouge. Crypto worth helped juice, vendor labs at filing taxes, they were in a complicated tax situation with three years of back due taxes, and the software was great at sorting transactions and gaining tax compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Only thing I can think of is that you need to create crypto gain/loss accounts in QBO because, as a result of QBO, they cant value transactions in USDC. So you're associated a cost / nav amount in USD of all your transactions which overtime shows as a small negative on your crypto gain / loss account on QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cryptoworth makes it incredibly easy to aggregate data across wallets, exchanges, and blockchains for my crypto clients. The automated syncing and clean accounting outputs save me hours of manual reconciliation and ensure I can generate accurate journal entries that integrate directly with QuickBooks. While Cryptoworth is an excellent platform, one area for improvement would be enhancing the speed of certain bulk transaction imports, especially when dealing with high-volume data. Additionally, more customization options for reports would be a great addition to better tailor outputs for specific client needs. CryptoWorth supports more chains than all other softwares that I have demoed or tested. The UI is easy to navigate.
