What do you like best about Cryotos?

We used Cryotos at Alhayat Investment Company to manage our customers' assets and locations, and we're extremely satisifed with it. Our company operates two businesses one for pools construction, and the second for gym equipment importing and delivery.

Cryotos is very affordable and cost-efficiency, and it delivers a lot of value for the price. Cryotos is also is very user-friendly, allowing our customers to create maintenance requests, which we review and change to work orders for our technicians to fix. and I think this is one of the most important features that will definitely help us improve our communication with cusotmers.

Cryotos' customer service is also great. The support team is very helpful, and they ensure that any issues are resolved quickly.

Overall, Cryotos has exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to other businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cryotos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cryotos is resolving the problem of communicating customers maintenance requests and monitoring them until they're resolved, it's also providing great reports about our customers assets and our maintenance service-level, which is something we were lacking before implementing Cryotos.
