I'm on the Administrator side of Cryoserver. The best thing was that despite the confusion from my side on how to set this up within 365 due to a migration taking place for the customer, their support team were very good in guiding me to get it setup for the customer. Our organisation have used Cryoserver since 2007 and the product has been an invaluable resource for staff. The search facility is extremely powerful and significantly better than Microsoft's own search features. With a few keywords, you can narrow down a search query to exactly what you're looking for.
