What do you like best about Cryoserver?

Cryoserver has proved to be an invaluable resource on more than one occasion and is leaps and bounds ahead of the search facility in 365 both from a performance and functionality standpoint.

Easy to implement with comprehensive documentation and good customer support, provides rapid and secure mail retrieval even with hundreds of thousands of email on the backend. Comprehensive search criteria & mail retrieval options. Reliable and easy to use with traceable history and full transparency to other admins using the data guardian feature.

Simple, self explanatory & uncluttered interface is easy to use and the ability to add users with granular access control allows for delegation without sacrificing security.

Quick and helpful customer support via email, although we've rarely needed to use it outside of assistance with configuration changes as it just works, and from memory, we've had no notable downtime over the course of nearly a decade.

Would highly recommend to any business looking for an efficient & effective cloud mail archiving solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cryoserver?

It would be useful to have the option to add a multifactor authenticator device without having to integrate with Azure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
