I like the simplicity of the tool that uses a nice dashboard to allow for quick identifying of issues. This allows us to check through multiple markets websites that we use and see the issues at a glance. We can then deep dive in to the issues and resolve them in a quick manner. This allows us to check the sites in a weekly manner and resolve any issues that may occur in this time frame. I would like there to be a way to initialize a new scan from the dashboard without having to raise with the team. This would save us time and allow us to alleviate any concerns that our clients have with issues showing on the website. The ability to control the quality of the website presence, easy identification of pain points, maintain error free website. Another cool feature is to review each page meta tags and internal/external links as well as meta tags duplication.

There is no option to crawl a website upon request as sometimes a small change could affect all of the website pages.

We can not identify orphaned pages within the site structure with the tool we are provided

Sometimes it is difficult to overcome the Image cache and although the image size has been fixed it is not detected by the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to have an overview of the website status. We look at the list prioritizing the blockers first, then the P1 issues and so on. The resource that highlight the issues is very useful as the description of the issues and the listing of the URLs that must be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes we have difficulty to understand the issue, especially when it can't be highlighted. After some experience with the tool, we shared information between our peers what made possible to understand faster the issues and solutions. Besides that, we know that some of the issues are not considered by Google anymore, and another part of the issues can't be fixed in the platform we use to develop sites. What i like most is that for most of the issues, the issue is shown highlighted in the source code.

Only thing i dislike is that issues keep showing up in the dashboard even days after we have fixed them and each time we need to log a new ticket to get the cache cleared and re-run the scan.

It would also be more helpful if the issue description provided by DQM would be more detailed because we find it difficult to understand sometimes.

We also do not understand some rules that are reporting the error. We need to be able to see exactly why the issue is being called out as in the explanation of the rule that categorized the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
