What problems is Crowdpurr solving and how is that benefiting you?
An employee on my team retired. Though this employee had been with the company for nearing 26 years, I had only been her manager for 3 years so there were a lot people she worked with that I didn't know! Wanting to host a party where 80% of the attendees were unknown really made planning the party unnerving! How on earth would I keep the conversation going, without any of the conversation being about "work stuff"!!!!
I knew playing trivia games online would be fun, keeping the dialogue light-hearted and engaging, but I had no idea how to go about hosting virtual trivia games. I first looked at creating a Zoom poll, but none of the options I envisioned were possible. I searched relentlessly and found Crowdpurr. At first I was skeptical, but as I started digging into Crowdpurr's features, and doing a few dry runs with friends and relatives, I realized not only how fun Crowdpurr was, but how easy it was to set up and host.
Needless to say, the virtual retirement party was such a hit I was asked to host our department's 2020 holiday party! In the challenging landscape presented by COVID I couldn't be more elated to have found a resource like Crowdpurr to keep team-building activities alive.
