The content library is robust, and it's easy to pickup, even for those that aren't as technologically savvy. From an admin perspective, there was a bit of a learning curve at first while navigating the dashboard and figuring out how to create and launch the game, but once I got the hang of it, it was super smooth and intuitive.

One feature I really appreciated was the ability to have multiple admins working on the event. My co-host and I were both involved in building out questions and uploading images. However, we did notice a limitation: only one person could actively edit at a time. When my partner was working, I could see her changes happening live on my screen (e.g., switching questions), which made it difficult to work on different parts of the game simultaneously. It would be amazing if future versions allowed independent editing or the ability to lock sections while one person is editing.

One bug we saw is that if you ESC out of Trivia while a question is running, it resets to the top of the time allotted when you return - opening up opportunity for participant to look up an answer and get higher number of points. I absolutely loved utilizing Crowdpurr for our company event. It was very easy to use. We had a virtual company event of about 50 employees and the platform allowed us to play bingo, trivia and much more. We didn't have to worry about any issues at all. I called in a few times to ask questions and the customer service is wonderful and took the time to answer all my questions.
