Our development team seems to like it the best. I previously used Transifex and now we are on CrowdIn. These localization platforms are a dime a dozen and it's become a commodity at this point. CrownIn has a nice interface, appears to work well for our development team, and has more capabilities than we even need. Haven't used customer support yet. The communication between multiple translators when you have several different languages going through translation is a little clunkily. Sometimes, when I want to add contact to a string, I want that context to be available for all translators. There is no way to do this from the source strings itself and has to be added as comments and it's not configurable on what translations see this context.
