Crowdin is a good tool to use, especially from the point of view of the translation project manager. It makes it easier to keep track of everything that's going on in the project and follow discussions and consistency. Crowdin is useful for collaboration purposes when there is a big team and many languages involved. From the translator's point of view, it's also very good to have the option to export the translation file to be able to work on it offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface and especially interaction with elements such as the translation memory is not always the most familiar and convenient for the translators. Being able to export/import the translated files is very convenient and compensates for that, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to use Crowdin. It really makes it easy to translate anything into my native language. It also offers good suggestions for translations. I have used it for many years now, and it has become better with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A bit expensive if you want to host a transation page, but luckily free to translate other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that their support team is quick to respond, so they are always helpful. When I'm working on some new task I don't have to figure things out on my own and I'm not 57th in line to get connected to a real person, I'm connected right away with a human, not a bot.
GitHub integration was a game-changer. Also, screenshots - context helps a lot and proofreaders have less work to do. No one needs to explain context for one button to different translators, as they all see the same content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not sure if I ever used reports. Not that I dislike this feature, but I don't have a need to go there. I'm overall happy with our choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crowdin offers an easy to use webapp for translating strings. It is also very easy to add external translators to the process. The best point for us is, that we can automate everything with the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Crowdin for some time now, and I can confidently say that it is an excellent platform for localization projects. What I love most about it is how it fosters collaboration among team members. Everyone can work together on a project, and the interface is so user-friendly that even beginners can easily navigate it. The platform also comes with a host of features, such as translation memory, machine translation, and quality checks, which all help ensure that translations are accurate and consistent. Honestly, there isn't much that I don't like about Crowdin. The only thing I can think of is that it can take a bit of time to set up a new project, especially if you are new to the platform. However, once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing from there. Plus, the support team is always on hand to help out if you run into any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The LQA process. Like how it calculates all the necessary parameters and gives a fair result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Going back and forth to the options, the work gets slow in between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The shortcuts are the best feature of Crowding. I like that I can customize it to my needs and increase my workflow. I also like that I can easily list different but similar languages right below my translation, which can help me translate more efficiently and quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the notifications to project updates are not as quick as I would like. There is a delay sometimes, and depending on the number of people on the project, I can get behind because I didn't receive the notification immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
