One of the things I don't like about Crowdin is the pricing of private projects. If you need more than 1 private projects, you have to upgrade to the Pro (2 projects) or Team (unlimited projects) plan ($50 and $150). I originally got to know about Crowdin as we use if for Zotonic - which is a big open source project with lots of languages. Crowdin was great for cordinating lots of translators and proofreaders. For LearningStone we use it on a daily basis combining machine translatiojn and proofreading. I love the integrations and the interfaces. I am running an open-source project, and for non-tech users, it's quite complicated to contribute directly to GitHub, as they have to understand the project structure and pull requests.
