I love the solidarity of Crowdin and how it comes naturally from people. Sometimes we put in the effort to translate known or unknown brands into our language. When a user downloads a new application and sees that it does not support their language, they can get lost in unfamiliar terms and words, which affects their experience. Very good workflow management and very good translation memory. The latter helps for new translations but also for restructuring the translation files; we went to a new translation format, discarding all the old identifiers and moving to new, and it was painless. The speed of answers from a support team is the most important part for me about Crowdin. Additionally, we can create a system for our entire translation process and include all types of files, even markdown files, which we haven’t seen in other similar companies.
