Itegration with our Gitlab pipeline has been seamless over a couple of years, with no maintainance required. It has been pretty easy to work with and add translation terms. The integrated translation machines are a pretty decent and helpful resource too. Helpdesk and Support have been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I disliked. Everything worked as promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Powerful, flexible translation management platform with even better technical support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only areas in which we sometimes have concerns revolves around uncertainties about the status of plug-ins and extensions: are they fully supported? Are they free or premium services? We do get mixed messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The API documentation is a bit tricky to understand. Took a while to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the option to have an overview of all the documents I have to translated and the progress. Also I like the option to include external machine translation engines and the option to manage my glossary in order to keep the consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, I see not really user-friendly the option of proofreading the pre-translated text. I prefer the option where I can see the document in the same format as the transaltion step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user experience is very strong. This is a major asset to growing out contributor base. I would note that the tools are easy to use but Crowdin caters to power users and niche cases as well - with keyboard shortcuts and a translation comparison view (e.g. to view European and Brazilian Portuguese side-by-side) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like more options to document our process for contributors on Crowdin itself, as our project is open to the public and because we have returning translators who will skip our site and go straight to Crowdin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my weekly use of Crowdin, I've come to appreciate its standout feature—the user-friendly interface that simplifies the management and collaboration on translation projects. This has become especially valuable in my routine, enhancing efficiency in the translation process through its robust collaborative tools and ultimately boosting my productivity. In my experience, I've found that Crowdin may have a bit of a learning curve for beginners due to occasional interface complexities. For those unfamiliar with translation project management tools, it could pose a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility of the command line interface means we can integrate across multiple projects and automate things to work in our very custom workflow.
Onboarding new translators has been very easy. We switched from using a custom google docs based system and crowdin has been nothing short of exemplary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The project management interface can be quite overwhelming since there are a lot of different ways to navigate things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Crowdin has, from my experiences with web-based translation tools, the most attractive and easy to use user interface for translating strings. It works especially well for smaller strings, such as descriptions for fields, buttons and the like, seen in e.g. clients for web pages or even some videogames. I would say Crowdin is not suitable for usage on longer prose text pieces (such as documentation pages) that don't consist of independent strings, but are one whole text. While it does work initially, the reason for this is that changes to the source text will result in inaccurate mapping of previous translation to new source text, resulting in a need to fix up every translation made to suit the changed source text. Crowdin is a great CAT tool for my day-to-day business as it helps me organize my work in separate projects while maintaining high quality of TM and glossary which are very important for the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides faced from my perspective from using Crowdin for more than a year now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
