What do you like best about Crowdfind?
That the items can be pictured and titled, but also that there is a section for hidden information that only our internal team can see. This is great for confirming the lost item does belong to the person that is trying to claim it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Crowdfind?
When bringing the Ipads and laptops to the site the vendor does not supply hot spots or any way to be sure that internet is available. Because we had limited access to the internet on-site (a 3-day music festival) all the logging had to be done the next morning (when the wifi was available) which eliminated the real-time benefit of the software.
