The best part is the ability to manage the data of the customers and the accessibility for the users; also, it's easy to view and get more productivity. So far the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cross-CX?

1.Scan all channels of customer integration in near real time periodicity.

2.Ease of configurability in creating use case specific alerts on breach of certain thresholds for quality monitoring

3.Reporting -->create custom dashboards to pull data by applying filters on agent , duration , location of agents / customers etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cross-CX?

1. 24x7 chat support is only provided -->for L2/L3 issues which require some enhancement/change in the configuration takes some time-->Change management proces needs to be more robust for Cross CRM.

2. Speech Analytics even though is a feature , the ability capture accents and recognize speech intent is perhaps not accurate - Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
