What do you like best about Crop.photo?

The quick turnaround time was crucial for us as we needed to get our flatlays and product imagery ready in a flash for our wholesale channels like Macy's. With Crop.photo, we didn't have to wait around for hours for retouching firms to complete our orders, and there were no lengthy reviews and iterations. This was absolutely essential for our workflow! Plus, being able to effortlessly create consistent, headless shots of models with different accessories like purses, sweaters, and more, was incredibly handy. Crop.photo has been a nifty tool that has made our product imagery process a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crop.photo?

Like any AI-powered editing tool, Crop.photo does have some limitations when it comes to achieving intricate and nuanced retouching effects, particularly for editorials and similar shots. While it provides 100% accuracy for front-facing on-model shots where the face is visible, there may be occasional challenges with back angle shots where the model's face is not visible, as the facial markers may not always be recognized accurately. It's important to keep these limitations in mind and use Crop.photo accordingly for the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crop.photo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our photo studio, as well as vendor-produced imagery, generates over 5000+ product images every month that require retouching. These images need to adhere to more than 15 marketplace guidelines, including consistent backgrounds, resizing to marketplace dimensions, and cropping of models' heads, among others. Relying solely on retouching firms or in-house retouchers doesn't scale with our high post-production image volume. That's why we were seeking an automation solution that could efficiently handle the demands of our image processing workflow and scale accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
